Booking a bar in Ottawa — the basics.

How much does a mobile bar cost in Ottawa?

Mobile bar bookings start at $700 CAD for a four-hour service window with a SmartServe-certified bartender, a signature menu, glassware and ice. Add-ons such as a champagne tower or a custom menu are itemised separately.

Can I book the bar without booking event planning?

Yes. The mobile bar can be booked stand-alone for cocktail parties, launches and dinners, or added to a FeFa Event Agency planned event.

Are the bartenders certified and insured?

Yes — bartenders are SmartServe-certified and the service is fully insured. We follow responsible-service practice for every event.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Always. Every booking includes a zero-proof spritz, and a full three-drink mocktail program is available as an add-on, styled the same as the main menu.
