Tell us your guest list, your palate, your dietary asks. We propose a menu.

Tasting (optional)
For premium bookings, a 45-minute tasting at our studio. Bring a friend.

Setup
We arrive 90 minutes early. Bar in, glassware polished, garnishes prepped.

Service
4 hours of service. We stay 30 minutes after for cleanup. Leftover ingredients are yours.
